WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking. Please also note, that orders placed on Sundays or Bank Holidays will be processed on Monday or the next working day at the earliest.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE AND HOW MUCH DOES THE SHIPPING COST?

All orders are shipped from London. Please note that we use DHL as our preferred shipping partners. For security reasons, all purchases made on the Anderson & Sheppard Website require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign for the package, the courier will make two (2) delivery attempts contacting the consignee. If no one is available to sign for the package and if after 5 days there is no direct communication, the package will be returned to the sender


WHAT IS TOSHI ON DEMAND?

TOSHI is a on demand same day courier service available for our London customers. TOSHI's highly trained assistants will deliver your order to your door and they can wait as you try, they can advise, adjust the length / fit and handle returns. 
 This will only be available for orders delivering to an address within London zones 1-3.

HOW DOES THIS SERVICE WORK?

  1. PROCEED TO CHECKOUT
  2. Add your item(s) to your bag, proceed to checkout and enter a delivery address in London zones 1-3.
  3. BOOK DELIVERY TIME
  4. Select an available half hour window for one of the experienced assistants to hand deliver the item(s) on the same day, next day or the day after.
  5. ADDITIONAL SERVICES
    You can also select any complimentary additional services:
    • Unsure of my size
    • You can select additional sizes for the assistant to bring with your order. They will wait while you decide.
    • Get me the perfect fit
    • The assistant will be equipped to pin your clothes on the day and arrange tailoring to ensure the perfect comfort and fit.
    • Inspire me with more
    • The assistant is able to present additional items for you to try before you buy (they will take payment at the door).
    • Wait as I try
    • The assistant can stay as long as you need whilst you try on the item(s).
  6. CONFIRMATION
  7. After you have successfully completed checkout, you will receive an email confirming your TOSHI appointment. There will be a link to create a TOSHI account where you can manage your appointment.
  8. ON THE DAY
  9. The assistant will arrive with your item(s). They can stay as long as you need, provide additional services and make sure you are happy.
  10. AFTER CARE
  11. If you want to return any item(s), the assistant can take care of it on the day, or you can book the assistant to come back another day via your TOSHI account. To return your item(s) for orders delivered with TOSHI:
    • Please create your TOSHI account following the link in your email. Log onto your TOSHI account and select a half hour window for pick up. 
    • Pack your items securely in the original box and include the original invoice in the package. 
    • Please have the box and item(s) ready for collection at the pre-determined time.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

If, sadly, you decide to return your Anderson & Sheppard purchase, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to do so, to receive a full refund. Please bear in mind that you are responsible for return shipping costs.

UK ORDERS

1. Prepare the items you wish to return in the original order box. Please do not forget to include the form provided. 

2. Organise the shipment of the return to the address provided. 

NON UK ORDERS

2. Please email orders@anderson-sheppard.co.uk for DHL return paperwork. We use our negotiated discounted shippng rates which will be deducted from your refund.
